It seems that every woman in my yoga class complains of lower back pain. (including me some days!) This seems like such a lovely luxury to stretch the back and relax and forget the cares of the day. You can adjust this in three different positions as you loosen up and feel more limber. I want to get this for my husband, I’m worried he’s going to a hunched up old man some day!
